Reservations in this status are waiting for the Guest to select a payment method, and there is a certain deadline. If the Guest fails to complete payment action within the deadline, the reservation will be moved to "Canceled" status.
<aside> ⚠️ TR3 will only attempt to deduct the payment from the guest's chosen payment method after the Host confirms. If the deduction is unsuccessful, the Guest will be notified to take further action.

Reservations in this status indicate that the Guest has completed the selection of the payment method. The Host needs to decide whether to confirm or cancel the received reservation. If the Guest made the reservation selection offline payment methods, the Host can request online payment from the Guest instead***.***
After the Host confirms, all reservations will remain in this status until the day that the Guest checks in. The Host may issue one refund should any issue occur.
On the reservation day, all reservations will enter this status. No further actions can be performed on TR3. Please resolve any issues directly with the Guest. All payouts will be automatically executed to the Host.
Reservations in this status indicate that they have completed their lifecycle. Turnover reports will be included in the next billing period.
Reservations canceled for any reason will be in this status, and the reserved period for this listing will be immediately released.
